From the first day you will take responsibility for your own project topics and will be involved in the further development of our company. Thereby we will introduce you to the tasks step by step. This way we guarantee your further development “on the job”, whether as a consultant, specialist or office manager. We encourage and demand feedback independent of hierarchy, and work closely together from Managing Director to Junior Consultant. Our work is characterised by an open corporate culture, which offers you plenty of freedom for development and a rapid assumption of responsibility. At the same time, it is important to us that you do not miss out on having fun at work.
At BSL innovative and exciting application projects, many satisfied regular customers and an interesting network await you. Most of our activities take place in German-speaking countries, but accompanying our international customers is also part of our daily business.
We do not cultivate the culture of a classic large-scale consultancy and value flexible working hours, individual “life-phase” working time models and systematic capacity planning. To give you the ability to be active in your free time and on business trips, we pay your Urban Sports membership.
Attractive working conditions and a modern office infrastructure with fresh fruit, water, coffee and tea, as well as a regular exchange at team events are natural for us. Flat organisational structures, short decision-making paths and open doors are lived components of our corporate culture.
A mentor will be at your side from your first day and will accompany your individual path. After larger projects we hold regular feedback meetings. We explore your strengths together, identify possible areas of development and set personal goals.
Besides internal training courses, we enable our employees to take part in external training courses, seminars and conferences in order to develop personally and professionally and to deepen market or method-specific know-how.
Together with us you can help shape the mobility of tomorrow. Your job is not only crisis-proof, but you are also part of a promising industry. Furthermore, as an owner-managed company, we value long-term cooperation.
As a student trainee/ working student you will be involved in the project work from the very begin-ning or support us in general office activities. For instance, you will be involved in the preparation of studies and specialist articles, make calculations and data evaluations, carry out research or complete presentations.
As a university graduate, you usually start your career as a junior consultant or business analyst. You will support our project teams in all phases of the consulting process and provide technical support to the project managers.
Working as a Junior Consultant you will get to know the specifics of the industry and our consulting portfolio. We attach great importance to the fact that you quickly get in touch with our clients and learn what “consulting from strategy to implementation” means to us. As a business analyst, you will initially specialise in methodological skills to support a wide range of project topics. In the further course of your career, you will develop as an expert for specific project topics.
With appropriate practical experience you will be hired as a (senior) consultant. As a consultant you will take on initial responsibility as a sub-project manager and lead smaller projects. You will build up personal customer relationships and your involvement will result in new orders or follow-up orders. As a Senior Consultant you can usually look back on four to six years of professional experience. You manage medium-sized projects and work on them in a team with your colleagues. You are recognised by our clients as a project manager and are able to build long-term client relationships and regularly acquire projects. At the same time, you will work on the further development of our consulting port-folio, introduce innovations and be able to implement these on the market quickly.
As a specialist, you will work closely with colleagues and customers in agile projects and provide sup-port in your area of expertise. In your role as an office manager you will work mainly independently in the area of office organisation and travel planning, supporting the team in travel management and travel expense accounting.
