Charlotte Blechner

Consultant

Charlotte Blechner joined BSL Transportation Consultants in 2023 as a Junior Consultant. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Geography at the Leibniz University in Hannover, she completed her Master’s degree in “Urban Geography” with a focus on mobility research at the Humboldt-University of Berlin. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Vienna (Austria) and was researching at the University of California Irvine (USA) as part of her master’s thesis. Charlotte already gained two years of consulting experience during her master studies at LNC LogisticNetwork Consultants in the field of urban logistics.

At BSL, she focuses on tendering and contracting in public transport as well as on topics around shared mobility and multimodal concepts, where she brings in her experience in designing new transport services and her spatial understanding.

Sustainable mobility is also a priority for her in her free time and she is usually out and about on her bike in Hamburg and its surroundings. Apart from that, Charlotte greatly enjoys travelling: Whether it’s cycling and camping through Germany, taking the train to European cities or backpacking through new countries, she is always fascinated by new destinations and forms of travel.
