Dorina Beck

Dorina Beck has been working as a Project Assistant at BSL Transportation Consultants since December 2024. After her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Konstanz and two stays abroad in Granada, Spain and Long Beach, CA, USA, she is now deepening her knowledge in the Master of Research in Psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology. In her studies, she is particularly interested in the topics of work motivation, leadership, team dynamics and the psychological analysis of work processes.

In her free time, Dorina enjoys outdoor sports and being creative. She is a volunteer in a mentoring program and enjoys traveling in Germany and abroad.
