Pearl Kapoor

Pearl Kapoor joined the team at BSL Transportation Consultants in November 2025. As a project assistant, she contributes her expertise in human resources and supports the team in all HR-relevant tasks. Alongside this, she is completing her master’s degree in educational science at the University of Hamburg, specializing in participation and lifelong learning. With her bachelor’s degree in commerce, she also contributes economic expertise, combining analytical and educational perspectives in her work. She accompanies projects with great commitment and a sense of responsibility, bringing with her a keen sense of people and processes.

Pearl has a reflective attitude towards her career and is passionate about growing professionally. She actively looks for chances to apply her skills in different and challenging situations.

In her free time, she enjoys reading thought-provoking books and finds inspiration in new experiences and encounters. Her dream is to visit less-trodden places.
