Ute Flügge

With her degree in Economics Ute Flügge supports BSL Transportation Consultants as a project manager, advising companies, clients and institutions in the railway sector. Ute Flügge spent many years in senior functions in the local passenger rail sector.

After helping to build up the local passenger rail sector at Hamburger Hochbahn AG, she worked as general manager and “Prokurist” (holder of general commercial power of attorney) in various subsidiaries of BeNEX GmbH. Ute Flügge last worked as commercial director of the railway company ODEG Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH and was a member of the Supervisory Board of the German Railways’ Insurance Association (Versicherungsverband Deutscher Eisenbahnen – VVDE).

As well as her activities in the railway sector, Ute Flügge also works as a consultant for personnel and organisation development, and as a coach and mediator. In this context she takes a personal interest in supporting women in managerial positions.
